BP UBIKAR is a non-academic implementing element in the field of commercial business development and management to support the implementation of the tri dharma of higher education based on the principles of professional business considerations (business judgment rules).

BP UBIKAR serves as the manager of strategic business units under the Undip Rector. We not only generate Revenue Generating Activities (RGA) but also support the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.

With professionalism, innovation, and accountability, BP UBIKAR as a regulator, manages and optimizes all commercialized University assets.

Duties & Functions

Duties of BP UBIKAR

BP UBIKAR is responsible for commercial business management, risk analysis, and resource optimization, including:

  1. Planning the implementation and development of commercial businesses within Diponegoro University (Undip).
  2. Managing and developing Diponegoro University’s business as a PTN-BH to increase non-UKT revenue.
  3. Optimizing resources within Diponegoro University through the utilization of Undip Property (BMU) and State Property (BMN).

Function of BP UBIKAR

The functions of BP UBIKAR, according to Rector’s Regulation Number 13 of 2024:

  1. Regulating the governance of commercial business implementation and development within Undip;
  2. Optimizing the management of BMU assets to increase non-UKT revenue;
  3. Implementing risk management analysis of managed businesses;
  4. Implementing control over non-UKT revenue derived from business implementation and development;
  5. Coordinating and managing business units under BP UBIKAR;
  6. Implementing commercial business collaboration with partners;
  7. Implementing cooperation and/or providing administrative support in accordance with its duties and functions to institutions, other bodies, bureaus, directorates, UPTs, offices, and/or other related units;
  8. Implementing information/electronic systems that support the functions of BP UBIKAR;
  9. Implementing reporting and evaluation of implemented activities;
  10. Other functions as determined by the Rector
